We collect the information you provide when creating an account, such as your name, phone number and email address, along with the listing and auction data you publish such as photos, descriptions and prices, plus technical data about your device and operating system used for operations and security.
We use your data to create and manage your account, show you relevant auctions and listings, send bidding and auction-result notifications, verify breeder accounts, process payments, improve app performance, and prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the app — such as hosting, notification and payment providers — strictly as needed for them to deliver their services, or where we are legally required to do so.
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricting data access to authorised staff only. That said, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
You can access or correct your data from inside the app at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable period in line with applicable United Arab Emirates regulations.
You can delete your account from the app settings or by emailing us at the address below. On deletion your personal data is removed, except for financial transaction records that we are required to retain for the period set by applicable regulations.
